Open Class with Authentic: Grooves

Let’s Get groovy! We welcome all movers age 16 and up to come to enjoy moving with us. Every class is different, we work in a variety of movement styles and each class is taught by a company member. The focus is on having fun and moving your body. Start your weekend off on a good note. Bring a friend, we love friends! All classes are donation based. We can’t wait to move with you!
