Submission Process: Due to high demand, Presenting Denver will no longer be accepting press releases from organizations or individuals seeking professional dance performance or special story coverage from The Commentary Corner. To be considered, please contact Presenting Denver by submitting your professional dance performance event to the Community Calendar and indicate your request for coverage in your calendar submission. After consideration, Presenting Denver will reach out to selected individuals or organizations. We require 4-6 weeks notice prior to all professional dance performances. If selected, Presenting Denver requests 2 comp tickets for an Ambassador Writer’s attendance and 1-3 images with photo credits provided prior to your professional dance performance. The lead image for the article must be formatted as 600 x 400. Some articles may require in-person or phone interviews. Those will be coordinated on a case-by-case basis.

Please be advised that by providing images to Presenting Denver for its use on its website, email marketing, social media, and any other marketing channels it may employ, you acknowledge and attest that you or your organization have obtained the correct and appropriate usage release rights from your photographer(s), model(s) and any other professional to release the images to Presenting Denver, and that you will indemnify Presenting Denver against any and all claims, actions, demands, or suits that may arise from the use and distribution of such images by Presenting Denver.
